Ferrellgas Deceptive Contracts, Hidden Fees, Horrible customer service, High Prices

Signed a advertised conract price ceiling rate for one year.
The company lost contact immediatly and had to sign up again.
Contract price does not include Hidden charges (Ie: delivery, hazmat, others...)
Tanks ran out of fuel on weekend, charged for after hours weekend delivery after 9 Pm.
After lease for tank was renewed called to order fuel and they could not find our contract or info, but offered to fill tank for exceedingly higher price than any other provider in area.
Attempts to reach customer service are almost impossible. Hangups, do not return calls.
