We bought a dresser from Osullivan that we had to put together ourselves. After we were done the side was warped to where the drawers fell down on top of each other. We contacted the company and they sent us washers to help witht the drawers then the dresser was still having problems with the drwers we have sent pictures to them 2 time over the email they gave us and called again and again but nothing. This dresser if for two little children and not safe yet we cannot return it to the store as it is put together and we arent being helped by the company which professes We guarantee imediate service!
