Anderson Crenshaw Ripoff Do not fill out anything with these people. You'll be sorry

My wife contacted these people. They convinced her to fill something out online and then they told her her equipment would show up in three days. I asked her who would be showing up to install the equipment. She said they did not say anything about that. I told her to call them right back and ask when it was being installed. I thought she had signed up with GE and we were going to have a quality alarm installed. So I looked around on the internet and found HUNDREDS of complaints saying the same thing. I had her contact these artists before anything could even be sent. They said they had allready sent the equipment and that she would have to pay 99 for restock and first and last months service fee which is an additional $70. Not to mention they were extremely rude.

So how can they charge you for something you have not received will not be using and have not signed for? From what I am reading it looks like they will try and ruin your credit and report you to agencies. I don't know how these people sleep at night.

Hope you read this before dealing with this company.
I would like to see a class action against these people they certainly deserve it.
