Not good quallity products, parts missdrilled and underdrilled ripoff

I purchased CARINA Model # 65625 along with other 3 pieces of office furniture at STAPLES. The part marked as "I" (rail) does not have cam holes on one end and one hle for the lock bracket is missing. Also, the holes at the ends of "rail" are: one misdrilled in the wrong location, another missing. I am not even looking fuurther, just going to return this furniture and let the Staples enjoy it. No wonder they moved manufacturing jobs to China and India, because "MADE IN USA" has become a JOKE and no quality control in place anymore. What a sad story about one big country USA going down to Third World quality. This was my last purchase of an All-American product.

Does anyone know a store that sells QUALITY European or Japanese furniture made OUTSIDE of USA?
