The owner / designer will come and measure may not get too detailed, upon installation if all is not right he may charge you extra, if you do not agree he may threaten you with losing your deposit as well as cabinets.

They may want to cut any woodwork, trim, windowsills that are in the way and not finish them off, they may tell you you cant see them so no need to finish properly, the cabinets may not accomodate all phone, electrical or cable outlets and they may blame you for not making note of them and charge you more money

I was taken by this company and may be seeking legal action yet was somewhat forced to have the install done due to the fact they had a deposit of thousands of dollars. I would never give them a deposit again and would not pay for anything before it was finished.

I have many emails and fax's documenting the problems and will be taking this issue further yet it will be very time consuming. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
