Bedrooms For Less
Customer service at BFL is horrible. They provided me the wrong items twice and refused to give me a refund. Management would not help. Ripoff

In march 06 i purchased a king size bed frame and dresser at bedrooms for less. They provided me a eastern king frame the dresser was fine i attemped to contact them many times through customer service but they never returned my calls.

I finally went to the store and let them know the problem. They stated i would have to pay a $60 restocking fee, and i did to avoid any issues. I let them know that i had 76x84 in mattresses and need a frame for those dementions. After serveral weeks my product finally arrived.

When i got home and started to put the bed together i noticed it was 80x84. I was livid. I contacted the store manager manuel g and let him know the issue. He said i would have to call customer service and deal with them. I let him know that i had tryed before and nothing ever happen. He stated he would contact them and to await a call. It never came.

I made countless efforts to call john in customer service and never recieved a call back.in my last call to him i mentioned i would be contacting a local tv station and letting them know about bedrooms for less horrible business practices. I quickly recieved a call from john and he said manuel would be contacting me, and he did. Before long. They avoided my calls.

I contacted my credit card company and they stated they were unable to pursure the case until the product was in their possession. I went with my brother to return the product to store. They quickly locked the doors and stated they would be calling the police. I let them know i would be calling the police and i did.

In the end i never recieved a call or help from anyone at bedrooms for less and will never ever do business with that company or any of its employees again. I literally had to purchase wood and materials to fix my bedframe.
