Yanez Construction - Rodney Yanez
He claims he builds for New Homes by Sea world. He claimed he was getting a divorce and would latter finish the job. Ripoff

Mr. Yanez was contracted to build a shed at our home. He was given half of the payment. He cashed the check and only started the shed (foundation).
He did not get a permit from the city. Yanez built it two feet away from the fence when it should be five feet.

He would not show up for days. When we finally reached him, his excuse was "I was getting a divorce but now I am back with my wife and I am able to do the job. I promise I will even throw in a light."

After several attempts for him to return my phone calls, I reported him to the BBB.
