Improper installation

I have been trying to speak to service dept for 2 months. It was confirmed by service tech that my pool wasn't intalled properly, when he came out 2 months ago to add more hose so that I could run water thru filter. Can't put filter under deck, pool not level, and the walls are rough. I'm afraid the liner is gonna tare soon. I have documented each phone call. They will not return my calls.
