Really bad sod, worse service

They sold me really thin, crumbly, moist, overgrown sod. It was nearly impossible to lay. There wasn't a rectangular piece to be found.

I called them and they said they'd send me two "good" palates as compensation. That was last month. They've dodge my calls and made millions of excuses.
