Ripoff lies of order status quantity non-existant refund Hicksville

I placed an order via the web on 15MAR06. After after a month I called to inquire and was told that the original order was sent out, but she will send out an additional set free of charge as the origianl one probably got lost. Another month into it i called again and was told that neither 1st nor 2nd orders were ever sent out because they have been out of stuck on these things all this time, and that a new batch was received fe wdays ago and mine would be sent out immediately. Another month in to it i called in and was told they were out of stock again and awaiting resupply from the warehouse. I opted for a refund and was told one would be posted with-in the next statement.

Today I realized I never got the refund, tried calling the line and got an answering machine. At the very least they are unprofessional due to the lieing of status and excruciatingly slow to process refunds. All operators are calm, polite and complete unphased, alsmot as if they get these kind of calls all the time. I would stay away from them and the Livemercial company that appears to host the destributor on the web.
