Ordered the vacumn and attachments November 19th and got nothing for my $112.00. You call the customer service line and get a computer asking for info on your phone number then it tells you it's being processed. At one point it told me it would be shipped in 3-5 days, that was a month ago. I seen the ad on T. V as an infomercial, then went to website to order. It is also advertised by the livemercial people who have other things advertised. But wouldn't advise trying.
