Ripoff Shipped junk not meeting specs and incomplete

Ordered the solar plus fountain kit. Supposed to be a 9v solar panel (6v), and it was hooked to a piece of junk battery charging ckt. Not all parts were included. Tried to return within the 14 day period was told it was a pump and it was not returnable.

Crooks, per and simple.
