RIPOFF dishonest deceitful business practices a real scam House.com does not deliver what they say they provide

I was contacted by email from a company called House.com on October 31. Basically, I was sold a bill of goods. Their email stated: House.com offers EXCLUSIVE LEADS. We have a sophisticated database that matches buyers and sellers with agents in a TIMELY MANNER. House.com is now able to offer all Real Estate Agents the ability to be the first and only agent to receive each lead.

House.com did not live up to their words from this initial letter. The leads that House.com sent to me were not exclusive leads and they did not match up buyers and sellers to me in a timely manner.

In the agreement which I signed with House.com it states: House.com, Inc. Agrees to deliver exclusive customer leads. House.com, Inc. Of New York will send a follow up notice to the email address given by the lead, notifying them that an agent will contact them. You agree to Contact all leads sent to you within 2 days. We will send you exclusive leads from zip codes within a 10 mile radius of the zip codes you requested. House.com Inc. Of New York is not responsible for lead information which may have changed since the lead was acquired by House.com.

The leads that I received were outside of the 10 mile radius stated in the agreement. I used map quest to determine the total estimated time and total distance from the two zip codes I purchased.in addition, if the lead had a real contact number, when contact was made I was told that they never signed up for this service or that they were already working with an agent for months.

After 5 days and not one real lead I called to speak with the representative that sold me this subscription. She wasn't available to speak with me. I then requested to speak with the woman who walked me through how to use the system. She wasn't available either. At that point I asked to speak with someone who could help me. I was told that no one is available at this time. At this point I told the receptionist that I wanted to cancel my subscription. She then told me if I cancel I would have to pay 50% of the remaining fee of the entire year's billing. Because I signed an agreement.

She told me that someone would call me back to discuss the problems. I wrote House.com a letter dated November 10. I expressed my displeasure with their service and told them this letter was to serve as my official notice to cancel said service.

No one ever called me. House.com stated in the charge back to my credit card company that someone left me a message; however, I have my cell phone bill which shows every incoming and outgoing call. I received no call from House.com after my call that afternoon at 4:06 pm. House.com never contacted me to straighten out the problem.

House.com did not provide the services they said they would.
House.com did not live up to their end of the agreement.
House.com did not send me leads within the 5 mile radius per Dan Parisi.

House.com is trying to charge me for this rip-off service. I have my account with Chase Bank in dispute where it has been since November.

House.com should not be allowed to get away with this!!!
