Aztec Pools & Spas Or Wrico Pools & Spas NEW Name
Santiago Serna a true nightmare & completely scammed and ripped me off!

I greatly feel your pain and any others that have been victimized and robbed by this scam artist organization!

Aztec Pools has been around for only about 4 months now they have changed their name to Wrico Pools & Spas. This is who their license holder is registered under. Apparently they are already on the run! I live in Kissimmee, FL and they advertise religiously in a paper called the Community Compass. I receive this paper every month and they always have an ad posted. This is how i found out about them and have gotten screwed. At the time they were known as Aztec Pools & Spas... I am informing others of this so they know it is the same company that wronged me.

Now known as Wrico Pools & Spas. I receive the Community Compass now they have pictured in their ad the same pool and phone number but now they are known as Wrico Pools and Spas. No BBB affiliation for either companies. The scam man behind Aztec Pools & Spas and now Wrico Pools & Spas is Santiago Serna who claims to be the owner. The manager who is suppose to schedule the pool proccess her name is Melody Nelson. She has cursed me out numerous times on the phone and is very unprofessional!

I am writing this because i had seen Joshua's complaint that he had filed here with Ripp off Report about Aztec Pools & Spas. I hope this information can somehow prevent others from being wronged.

I'd just like to say, I feel Joshua's pain. I don't believe this company cares about their customers, the quality of thier work, or their reputation.

The subcontractors they work with don't seem to care about the quality of work they provide either. They just slap stuff together quickly and get out of town. There are parts of my uncompleted pool which look like crap and needs to be fixed. Of course I'm not holding my breath waiting on this.

They have not done anything when they said they would. Generally the things done are a week to 2 weeks after the stated date. I don't beleive they are very honest.

Answering phones and returning calls. What a JOKE!

Would it be worth my time and money to get an Attorney?
