Ripoff - never recieved 6 trees as promised for 2/14/02 order placed

Have seen Gardners' Choice ads in many areas. Felt they must be a reliable company. So sent a personal check on 2/14/02, which was cashed by Gardner's Choice. To this date, 5/23/02, we have received nothing but a short letter stating that they would be arriving soon.
