This information is from Better Business Bureau who has received numerous complaints, but who also rates them satisfactory! From what I can tell, this is probably because most consumers who have complained never respond to BBB to tell them the problem was not resolved, so this looks like it was. I would advise that if you are one who did NOT tell the BBB your problem was NOT resolved, to tell them. Get their rating to drop. They are NOT members of BBB - and for good reason, apparently.

I also agree with the rebuttal that says YOU are responsible if you allow yourself to get drunk at their hands. ALWAYS read EVERY contract and NEVER NEVER NEVER leave their office without a copy of what you signed in your hands! (I am amazed at how everyone who has complained has stated they had no papers when they left!) And, make sure the copy is identical to the one they keep! The end of ripoffs begins with YOU.
