I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and also with the Attorney General with the State of Fla. If all of her victims would file reports, maybe we could get her out of business. I was a tenant willing to lease purchase the house, but could never get her to tell me who owned the house, nor could I get a noterized authorization for Helen Pearce to to sell me the house. So I lost my 2500.00 down payment. I am so glad I wised up and didn't send her the $6900.00 she wanted. I have done all I can think of. So far this house in Ga. Where I live is still empty. Maybe we have saved someone else from her fraud. I would like my money back, but I think I have been had!!
