Oxford Estate Properties, LLC signed an agreement in which they borrowed $60,000 from me on the premise that the money was to be held in escrow as seasoning funds for a real estate transaction. The agreement stated that the company would pay me back $72,000 for the use of the funds on or before May 5th.

May 5th has come and gone and the company continues to promise to pay the money owed, but never follows through on the promises made.

I am aware of several other victims of this company, and I hope that they to will step forward.
