Marc Dunn ripoff Halted construction zero communication

We signed a contract with this company in August to build a new home and placed a $5000 earnest deposit on the home. The construction began in January and was stopped by the end of the same month. So far, many homes in the neighborhood are in similar, if not worse, condition. Calls have been made to the selling office in the subdivision and we have simply been told that it'll be "two weeks" before work will continue. The "two weeks" have lasted for 5 months and the owner has refused to return any calls. I managed to speak to one person in the office who offered to transfer me to Marc Dunn's voice mail only to find out that his mail box is full. The company seems to be going through internal destruction due to a lack of money and zero communication with it's customers.
