Dishonest fraudelent scam artist BEWARE! Tree Fulce & MSgt Ronald Fulce

Tree and Ronald Fulce have conducted false and negligent business practices on our Mountain Home, Idaho home. We are a military family stationed over seas and accepted help from this couple for property management. They have only VERBALLY agreed to help us out as friends. They refused to sign a contract, and refused to accept a fee. After their help of getting renters in the house, we had problem after problem with Mr. And Ms. Fulce. Our rent was constantly late, they refused to even send us a rental agreement.

Because of this, we had no idea who was living in our house. They did not abide by the rental agreement that we sent for them to use. All and all they didn't do much help, and things seemed to get worse. When we requested that Century 21 take over, we had even more problems. Now they have put a lien on our property because they say we owe them money of things they did to our house. One of which was changeing the locks on our doors. We were not even aware of this until we got the notice or "bill" from the Fulce's.

When Century 21 finally became involved, they found that the house was left unsecured with no lock on the back door. This is quite scary for us. Please becareful when dealing with this so called Property Management company out of Mountain Home, Idaho. They have still yet to send us photo copied recipts of said changed, and only sent a copy of a bill they produced on their own home computer, with no dates, times, or company's. This is ridiculous, and needs to be handled now through lawyers and civil court. Again... Please be careful.
