Kept 25%, almost $900 for defective flooring

I can't believe this business is still able to sell flooring. I've contacted the BBB, CCB, and have told as many people as I can find to listen Not to purchase from this company. The only response I was given was to visit another location that had a larger selection and they would credit us the 25% towards our next purchase. Would you want to take the chance of purchasing more defective merchandise? I can only believe that they are still in business because of the 25% they keep on all returns. Why can't something be done about this? This just does not seem right. Please do not purchase from this company!!!
