Mailed a check for trees Check was cashed still have not received product. Tried to follow up on the internet consumer fraud ripoff

Mailed a check to Gardners choice in the amount of $12.47 for trees in February. Check was cashed but as of April 30 I still have not received product ordered. Went online to find their web site and came across "usacomplaints.com" and found out that there are several complaints against Gardners Choice. I was able to get a phone 269-621-2481 but the line is continuously busy.
