Hi all cal spa customer. We too have been ripped off by cal spa. I will not bore you with the details of what happened. However, i will tell you that cal spa refuses to connect you to the office of the president his voice mail or give you his name so here it is. His name is casey loyd and the number is 1800-225-7727 extension 500... I spent 45 minutes yesterday trying to get hs name from customer service. I was told that i had to write my complaint to him in a letter and that his name was simply ceo. Luck had it where a moron that answered the phone gave me his name and gave me his secretary's number. From that i got on the phone after hours and started dialing in extentions that were close to hers. 5 minutes later i had the extention number. Good luck! You will need it!
