Ripoff Dishonest and Shady business

We originally talked to Leo Florin the salesman about getting a pool in our house. After coming to the final figures, size and shape of the pool and spa; Leo took that copy with him and left us with a recipt. Four weeks later we go to the company to pick our colors for the bricks and pool itself, we find out that the pool is not the size promised, the spa is not what we paid for. When we bring this to the managers attention he was VERY unhelpfull and eventually asked us to leave his office. Since the begining of March till this day they have been giving us the the run around of who to talk to and that they would straighten out the problem.

They DO NOT return phone calls, answer emails or respond to faxes. Very unethical company! In a capitalist system where comsumer rights is protected and considered by the company who opperates in the United States. This type of company shouldn't be allowed to operate in the U.S. Where the consumers right is protected by the law.
