Challenger Pools Inc dishonest, incompetent, poor management, and poor workmanship!

Fred Hanson came out to my house on Feb 6 promised me a whole bunch of stuff to build my pool and was also the lowest bid i had by $4000.00. Fred left my house with a $1000.00 dollar deposit and left us with the gaurantee that my pool would be finished by May 1st 2012.

One month later after i have made several calls to Challenger Pools inc. Asking them when did they plan to start digging my pool, a crew came out the next day. They dug the pool in one day and also cut thru a sewer line which happened to drain out of our house from all the sewage. I had to make a call to the company to let them know that our fecies and urine is running into the whole they dug and ask when did they plan to fix this problem. #1. The plumbing in the yard was all visible marked and the proceeded to break the sewer line any way as they dug. #2. They let it sit open for 24 hrs before having someone come out to fix it.
