Laser Storm
Ripoff, billed for twice the order, twice I was told I would be refunded but my credit card has not been refunded, ordered 8

In August I saw a program on the Laser Storm vacuums on TV and placed an order for advertised deal of buy one vaccuum and receive a second one free. I also purchased product warranty. I received 4 vacuums and was billed for two orders. I also was billed for four warranties.

I called the customer service number and after multiple attempts was able to talk to a representative who stated my account would be credited by the next statement. A delivery service came and picked up two of the vacuums. My account was not credited.

After months of intermittent attempts I did manage to get ahold of another representative who stated my account would be credited in 2 weeks. Months have gone by and my account has not been credited.

I went on the internet and saw a rip off report that was similiar to my situation and I decided to write a report.
