TOTAL RIPOFF bought vacum cleaner never received

On 11/25/05 I bought a Vacum Cleaner from IGIA it was called the storm Paid $141.27 was supposed to get a steam cleaner as a bonus never received either of them. Bought it off of television why does TV allow such things to happen I feel TV is responsible for
airing such commerical. The goverment should get involved and shut down IGIA they should not be allowed to sell any products online or on TV. What is being done to stop this companies fraulent practices.
