American Pride Building Company
Is using another builders designs ripoff

Per Sherri in the local Clerk of The Court's office of Lee County, FL, It appears that American Pride has a copyright infringement lawsuit pending against them from another local (SW Florida) builder.

The pending case number is 2:06cv57ftm29dnf, filed Jan. 26 with Sal Allen (the owner) Piera Allen (his wife), and Alexandria Eichelberger (the person that hold AP's builders liscense. Scuttlebutt has it that this is for their Pioneer model?

I have received nothing but excuses for delays fortunatly, they they have received one draw of aprox $30,000 and have request that I pay the current price, a 12.5% ($28,700) To top it off, there has be absolutley nothing done at this time!

I have called, but all I get are excuses and lies — they think I am stupid. I even had a meeting with Sal Allen about teh increase, his on-staff attorney sat in on our meeting along with a secretary to take notes (his version, I am sure)

They are supposed to be documenting the increases and giving me a hold-harmless letter with regard to their Copy-right infringement, but to date I have not received ANYTHING of value!
