Purchased custom blinds/shutters from Metropolitan Window Coverings we agreed on style price and a delivery time of 6 weeks

Company called back and said they cannot make the shutters with the specified mount (Salesman was new) so the corrections were maid and we were assured they would be correct

When the promised delivery date passed and we attempted to get our deposit approx. $2800.00 back the owner of the company Mr. Cox told us that they have a contract, and that they do not have to provide a delivery date etc. Etc. And refused to return the deposit amount

When the shutters finally arrived they are totally wrong and they expect payment in full and will not refund or correct the issue

Avoid these people like the plague!!!
