Ripoff Dishonest & Plain Rude! Buyers Beware

I placed an order for a crystal chandelier on March 1. I paid for the item with my credit card online, Well a few weeks went buy and I did not recieve the chandelier, I called several times being put on hold only to be talked to rude, They told me that it was sent out, & had the nerve to say I probably missed placed it!

I asked for a tracking number and was told to call back on Monday, Monday came and I called again with no answers, I also emailed them and got no responce, Well after a month of calls, They finally told me after I told them I was going to report them to my credit card company for fraud, They would send another one out,

It took 2 weeks for me to get a piece of junk that was broken crystal and glass pieces with no instructions at all, Well I said that was it! I called them again and they had the nerve to say I was causing them all this trouble and said that I dont know what I was talking about! I asked for a supervisor and got this young male who said his name was jake, He told me to send it back and stop being a pain in the &!

After all that I still do not have my crystal chandelier that I paid 700.00 for, I am going to the attorney general and take care of this matter, Please be aware that this company list there chandeliers with ebay wholesellers, bottom line is make sure you know who you are dealing with before you buy
