I did bussness with this badcock store which is ran by jeff hart, I had question about my bill due to, My daughter had gone in a got a big screen tv and a dish washer, he didnt give her new things in which she was told she would get a new tv and new dishwasher, and he never gave her a contrack in her name Mr. Jeff hart put in under my account. My daughter had tryed to call Mr hart more than once and he would never give her the right paper work for what she gotten from his store, He came to my home and was yelling that he was going to come in and take the things i had in my home, and he had the paper work in the court before he came and i told him i was going to see what came from the court and also about the Tv and dishwasher in which was not mine, I ending up giving him every thing due to the court, but i was trying in which i had my account to show where mr hart had put things up under my account for my daughter 2 things she had gotten. Well to day we took him to court for the times he had stop'd me in a wal-mart store asking me for money and he box'd me in a my bank atm, the day he came to our home he told me he would come through our fence and do bodely harm to me and in front of a court to day he got off due to his lawyer is also a Judge in York County.

This was not right but I stood up for my right in which I was thinking I had but I didnt, ever to where a Judge called him the one who was to hear the case and she came in to court to day and could not remember calling me and telling me not to let him in my home till after the court date to give him the right to do so. And to day she could not remember she is also in York county, so I guess this is what happens when you know your right. If you have the money to pay for a lawyer you get away with more than a family who dont.
