Ripoff

I ordered furn (bed and dresser) in April. Got it in June. Everything was there but a self and there was 2 scratches on the bed. I called they and they said they would come the next week to bring the self and fix the scratches. No one ever showed up. I called them lots of times leaving 3 differant #'s, no one ever call me back. So, one day I called them very upset and RICK got on the phone screaming at me saying that they are very backed up with the hurricane (katrina). I told him that was not my fault b/c I have been waiting since June and now it was Oct. That's all he had to do was call me and tell me that. Anyway, someone came on Fed 28 2006. Brought the self but didn't have the prongs to put the self up and forgot the paint to fix the scratches. He said he would be back that night to fix it. We cx our plans for the night. No one showed back up. Well, on Fri. March 17 I called them once again to see when someone was coming by and TORI took a message. No one called back. So, today March 22 I called again to see what was going on and she was very rude and they will send someone out when it was good for them. I told them no, it needed to be good for me b/c I can't keep taking off of work for someone that doesn't show up. So, she said they will be out Sat March 25... Let's see how long it takes for them this time. We have been waiting for 8 months.
