Rippped me off for 216.00$ never got product lied

October 30th i ordered two windstorm vacumns from a company called igia, all by phone, my first mistake. I also ordered them express mail. I waited the alloted 7-10 days they would have arrived, no vacumns. I called the recording said they were shipped nov. 2nd ok. I waited another week, no vacumns. I started calling the customer service number, two hour wait then hung up on, without talking to anyone. This goes on for the next two months, i finally talk to a human, he says we will put a new tracking number on them, but they are still back ordered. I wait no vacumns, four months later here i am, stiil being told multiple lies, and have told the girl whom i have spoken the last three times i actually got through i wanted a full refund she says fine order cancelled. Gave me what i know is a bogus confirmation number, as i hear laughter in the backround as i ask how this company can consistently lie to it's cosumers. I know now i have been majorly ripped off.
