No Returns. Exchanges Only

I purchased a couch on March 11th on 90 Days same as cash but still owe $91.00 for a total of $391.00. The couch is not what im really looking for and was told in the store that the couch could be returned. I called the store today to make arrangements for it to be picked up and returned, But was told SURE you can return it but only to exchange it. Now to wait 2 more days for the Manager to return and make a decision. If I would have been told this in the store I would not have made the purchase.
