Ripoff Installation moved out another month & a half Money Back No

After being promised installation on March 2, and waiting since January 25, I was told that installation is now scheduled for April 12. I was left a message on my answering manchine less that 24 hours before the installatin time. I told the installation person that this was unacceptable. My wife had taken the day off for this installation. I indicated that I would like to have my money back, so that I could find someone else to install the closets. I was told that I could not get my 50% deposit back.

I asked for the Name of the President of the company and was told that, that person lived in California and they would only refer the call back to Arizonia. I called Califoria and was given the run around.

It was only at that time I decided to look this company up on the internet. Then I find that a lack of communication, missed installation dates is a part of their business history. They have $1709.00 of my money and I want it back.
