Holman Construction & General Contractors ripoff - LIED to government about paying subcontractors - They OWE MULTIPLE SUBS ALOT OF $ money

We had a contract with this company to do sitework at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Brunswick, GA. They got behind on their Building & decided not to pay the subcontractors who had completed their work because they (Holman) had to pay penalties. They LIED to the government about paying us & others and recieved all of their pay requests with no problems!!! They even ended up getting some of the penalty money back as well. These people are crooks!!! Do not do any work for them!!! We even had a few of their checks bounce when they did pay us!!! Please, if you have contracts with them MAKE SURE YOU ARE COVERED WITH ALL OF THE APPROPRIATE LIENS OR NOTICE TO OWNERS!!! Because they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!

They still owe us almost $50,000, they owe the electrician over $100,000 and various others!!!
