Very dishonest company to all its customers as well as ALL of its employees, inside story

I am a former sales associate for this company, and I have been watching these posts for quite sometime and thankfully I have not seen any customers that I am familiar with that I sold to. I would first like to let you all know that myself, as well as ALL sales reps that I still talk to are mortified as to what happened to what we viewed as our company, as well as our customers.in NO way shape or form did we forcast this action. I can tell you from my own experience that I made the mistake of believing Ken and Kristen that things were "going to get better" and I was under the same belief as Wes in that we needed to sell more product, in which the profit was to go to pay for the other product we were told customers would not get, becuase of Shoreline Windows in California.

After speaking with Mr. Margott I now know that is just another thing that Ken and Kristen were not honest with their employees or customers about and was just another chapter in their book of lies to have us out in the field selling more. I PERSONALLY sold to friends and friends of friends, FULLY believeing they would recieve their product. You can imagine what a schmuck I feel like now after they are probably not going to recieve their product. It seems what was lost in this whole thing is that no matter if your order was $20,000.00 or $500.00 it was still an order that should be fufilled.
I would like you all to know that Shutters USA is in fact owned by Ken and Kristen and they are currently selling in the East and West Valley to this day.

I can assure you that everyone I know is no longer in ANY affiliation with these two individuals. I do not add this for sympathy or compassion, but more as knowledge. Wes, myself, and many many other people other than customers lost ALOT with this whole ordeal.

As some of you know, we were all working off 100% commission and not paid for quite sometime as our paychecks would often bounce. I know that many of you are upset, like myself, and I am extremely happy that you are doing something to fight this and not just lying down taking this. I would welcome any of you to contact me thru this site and I will assist you in anyway that I can. The only thing I have to rely on is that Karma comes around full swing, and hopefully that is something that is served here.

To all my customers, I had to change my cell phone number becuase of all this and the fact that I am not working there, and it was heart wrenching to tell you that I have no idea what you can do other than to contact your credit card company, but if there is a way to reply to this, let me know who you are (I remember most of my customers) and I will offer you ANY assistance I can in my power. I would have loved to have been at your meeting on 01/20 but I had to interview for a new company. PLEASE let me know if there is anything you need from a former employee and I will be glad to assist you.
