Mr Morganstern buys houses from people for $1. For a large down payment he allows the renter to rent for 1 year and then purchase the home. The home that we got into had 27 health code violations and we had to leave the property for our health. Currently we are fighting for our down payment back. I have contacted the Attorney Gerneral's office and I was informend that Mr Morganstern is deffiatly part of a real estate scam.
