My house burnt down & now they don't want to re-instate my credit on the stuff i paid on

My house burnt to the ground 2 weeks ago! I calles rentway about my rentals 3 times to make sure insurance paid for the damages & about the lifetime credit re-instatement that they advertise on tv & on their website. I was told everything was fine & my credit would be applied to the stuff (which would have been paid off in october of this year). Well i go in there today & i was told i would not be given credit on what i paid for!!! How bad do you think i feel, i just lost everything i ever owned & now a bunch of stupid people tell me that. They have not heard from the last of me yet, i am sending my story to every local newspaper & tv station i can find!!!
