Bad business with poor communication skills if any at all Ripoff

Two years ago we had a door to door salesman install a firstline security in our home. A year ago we moved to North Carolina, before moving we notified firtstline. They told us unfortunately we do not provide service where you are moving, we will contact the new homeowners when you close and set them up with a contract. WE gave them the new homeowners phone # and names. No, what jane deluna calls a "move program" was ever offered to us. So we thought our business was done.in August of this year we got a phone call that we owed firstline security $500.00. Its seems they never got a hold of the new home owner who were using the system for a year on our expense. NOW they tell us they can provide us with service. So put on the spot we said okay heres the $500.00 dollars send over a rep. Of course no rep. With no response or NEVER recieving anything EVER by mail. Anderson and crenshaw are now on our credit report and harrassing us by phone to collect $1,800.00. I request a copy of contract and bill and are refused. They say im a bad customer, thats funny I never had this problem before.By the way i just talked to the new homeowners and you never tried to contact them or send a rep to them like they were told. No reps. No response, no mail... What kind of company is this i got involved with. There are so many other issues we've indured i can't fit it all on paper...
