This man was in a hurry to get into our house, it did not matter if we were both home or not. He drew a nice Deck, gave us a nice believable price, and even showed us a portfolio, and told us about each deck and where they were built. We were excited. The first two weeks he called almost daily to make sure we got our HOA forms in. (We now Know this was just one of his many ways of buying himself time.) We gave him the standard 1/2 down $1950.

The day the deck was to be built came, and went. I called in the morning. Of course there was no answer, but he did call back and tell me he would be there in 2 weeks, that rain had put them behind. WE now think this was just another way to buy more time until he would be evicted from his F'burg address.

Needless to say Lynn Wilson never showed up as is his habbit. Nor does he return phone calls. He now has Felony warrants for his arrest in Prince William, Spotsylvania, and Culppeper. Call the police. Do not let him in your house.
