Another Fuller Homes probable ripoff observation. When I was an employee with this company they frequently were severely late paying the company that does their brick work on their new houses. Thus the houses would get to a certain stage of construction and not be able to advance any further. This would usually cause severe delays and in some instances caused us to loose customers and contracts.

An easy way to tell would be to see the brick sitting at a house site for weeks but no brick work being done. It was not uncommon to see brick work not be done for possibly a week at the most since Fuller only used one brick company and they had to cover all their communities.

It is when this delay turned into several weeks and even a month or more that we as employees new they had not been paid and had quit working AGAIN!

Please don't confuse what I am about to say with delays that can not be avoided because the brick is back-ordered or delayed from the supplier.in this instance you would not see any brick on the job site.

Well folkes I live in Burleson and have noticed a two-story house like their model that has a "sold" sign in the window as well as in the yard. On problem... The brick has been on the job site for almost a month and guess what no brick work. Since I have a relative living in that Castle Hills community I decided to be nosey one day and walk down there and talk to a sub doing work in the house. Don't worry Fuller people I talked to him on the street and didn't tred on your property... Anyway he was doing topout work in the house and I asked him why the house hadn't been bricked for almost a month. He stated he had heard that Fuller hadn't paid their bricker again and he quit.

Well doesn't that sound famailiar... I would suggest people reading this scroll through the old "rip-off" reports and see similiar complaints about un-paid subs and the resulting leins being placed against their homes.

If I were the people that were buying this house I would be asking some serious questions or at most backing out of the contract for their own good!

Their still doing the same old stuff folkes and I want you all to know and form your own opinions!
