Singer Lazer Storm
Ripoff, fraudulent, poor customer service, ignorant

In Aug, I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free lazer storm w / the steamer. All I had to do was pay shipping and handeling for the steamer.

A month and a half later I recieved the steamer with the invoice to find out that I was charged for 2 vacuums and that they took out $360.00 from my account. I NEVER received the vacuums.

After calling almost every day to get my money back, I was always on hold for 30-45min. Customer service didn't care how they treated you.

Finally I got someone who told me that they would refund everything and I could keep the steamer. It would take 15-20 business days for them to put it back on my card.
It has now been 37 business days and still no refund. I have called and called.

All I got was that they will put a rush on it. These people are BULLS*T! When I told them I was Going to The BBB, they laughed.
