Fraudulent advertising manufactured homes

We put a $5000.00 deposit on a Fleetwood manufactured house in May. The two sections were sitting on the lot but hadn't been put together yet. I ask the salesman what color cabinets it had because I didn't want the rosewood cabinets. He slit the plastic on the kitchen, peered in and said "Light Oak" My second question was if my house sells quickly, how long after I notify you will the new house be ready. "oh 6 weeks max" he replied.

This collection of two hundred homes nestled in the trees of Coarsegold is beautiful. It is advertised as a Active senior community and you must be 55 or older to buy there. Well our old house of 27 years sold to the first person thru the door and I immediately called this sales person and told him to get moving and set the escrow at 90 days to give them enough time to finish the new place. We contracted movers and arranged to have our stuff picked up July 28, and delivered the morning of July 29th. The escrow on our old house closed Tuesday July 26th and the balance of the new house was sent to Oak Creek LLC's morguage co. That afternoon after the money was transfered to pay the house off, the salesman calls and leaves a message that we will not be able to occupy the house because the electric has not be installed to the house. To make a long story short we were able to have our stuff moved in, but we had to stay in a motel for 2 weeks ($1500.00) plus three meals a day out, plus $300.00 in perishables from our refrigerator that went bad. They refuse to compensate us for the ($1500.00) which is all I asked for)

The cabinets turned out to be what I didn't want.."Rosewood" Once the company had our money they focused on getting the rest of the houses and retaining walls done on the unsold units. I am missing a electrical panel cover which I have been trying to get for two months now and all I get is promises. My retaining wall has not been installed and I cannot do any landscaping until this is done. The company advertises these houses in the Fresno Bee paper as "TURN KEY" houses, yet they tell me my expectations for getting my house finished are unreasonable.

They also advertise it as a 55 active senior community but have recently sold homes to two families under 55. The salesman who lives in the community has lied to practically every body who has bought here, just to make a sale. I have talked to dozens of people who are fed up with it. I just found out that this sales person just passed his real estate license, so how did he represent the company as a salesman for the last 5 years. I asked this salesman if the monthly lease on the land differed due to the size of the house or lot. He replied that everyone paid the same. Well I found out that this is not true and that they quietly raised the park prices for the remaining homes that were sold.
