RIPOFF refuse to take back defective germinator 2

Purchased two Germinator 2 collapsible green houses. Purchased through an internet vendor (Saving Port), but returns need to be directed to manufacturer (Anchor). Design is basically molded soft plastic sheeting over an aluminum frame. Entrance to green house is by unzipping front flap. Put one up, following manufacturer's instructions exactly. Easily assembled. Worked the zipper and it separated from the body of the structure. Upon closer inspection, I found that it had not been reinforced. I believe this is a major design flaw, particularly in a structure which is advertised as withstanding cold temperatures. The zipper will be worked hundreds of times over the life of the green house. I called Anchor Industries and they told me they would not authorize a return.
