Pinto lied to us about the features of our home — in both his written materials, and then in person. Then he had us fly in from out of state to do a closing, promising that our items to be finished had been completed, when in fact they weren't even close.
Our real estate agent also said that he has cheated other agents out of their commissions, but he's connected so the appeals board always rules in his favor.
Other people in our area have had similar experiences — I wouldn't trust Joe farther than I could kick him.
