Ipoff replacing parts unneccesarily

Reliance Heating and Air came to my home when my air conditioning went out and they told me I had a bad condenser pump. I had them replace the pump and it cost me $120.00 in addition to the $75.00 service call. The air conditioning unit worked for about 16 hours and then went out again. When I called Reliance they said it may be the motor. You guessed it... They wanted to charge me an additional $300. I called another technician and he replaced the motor for $150.00 and also told me the condenser pump (that was lying to the side) was not irreparable and only needed cleaning out (which he did and it worked fine).

When I called Reliance they said they would check into it and call me back. After several calls back to them they never contacted me. And you know what the BBB did. Absolutely nothing. Just repeated to me the same sorry story that Reliance gave them&the pump was broken. I know the pump is not broken because we put it back in our unit because the replacment unit from Reliance was of a lower quality grade.
