Exits the job site leaving his employees to finish the work, unsupervised, so that he can cash the homeowner's check at the issuers' bank branch for instant cash on June 6. Numerous communications throughout following months until current date, September 29 have resulted in Public Paving, parent company of Reliable Paving, failure to respond to requests to complete ordered work as agreed upon June 5; prior to initial arrival, and failure to repair damage done to driveway while loading paving equipment on June 6.
