Ripoff, bad customer service

Carpet installers removed furniture to the outside patio... Wood on cement, nothing placed under it... We all know what that does to furniture when you pick it back up. Furniture was scuffed, noticed after workers left, and managers fail to recognize that this is wrong, were rude, and said I have no proof that they did it. Just a warning to everyone, bad bad customer service. Watch all people that come into your house who don't speak the mother language and act like they don't know what you are talking about. How selectively convenient that is.
