RIPOFF Does not keep its promises nor do they honor their advertised policies

Conn's failed to deliver my newly purchased refrigerator by the next day as promised and confirmed. They promised early morning next day delivery. I scheduled time off work until after lunch, to receive my delivery.By 10:30am I called the store and asked what time they would arrive, because early morning was now over. They called me back at 11:30am and apologized for the delay, but said it was being put on the truck and should arrive in about an hour. 2 hours later 1:30pm I called back to see why they still had not delivered. At 2:30pm the sales rep called back to say it didn't fit on the truck, but they were sending it on a hot shot truck and should be here within another hour. At 4:00pm I called the store again and was told to call the warehouse and ask for a manager who could radio the driver and find out his location. Well, I've now missed a full day's work. I called the warehouse and was told there are no managers there, but my refrigerator was definitely scheduled for delivery today.By 5:30 I called the warehouse again and this time I was asked: "Oh, no one called to tell you that product is out of stock"?

I was livid, and called corporate in Beaumont. Their "on hold" music plays a commercial about their product delivered same or next day guaranteed, or upgrade prduct. Corporate was able to reach a manager, that I was told did not exist, who said they would get the product to me that night or upgrade me to the next refrigerator.By 7pm I went into the store, 45 miles away, and was told it would be delivered first thing next morning, and they would also reimburse my delivery and installation charges.

First thing next morning turned into 7:00pm next night. No upgrade product, and no reimbursed delivery fee or installation charges. And 2 full days of missed PAY!
